A New Home, A New Reflection
After 25 years of living in the same house, we’ve decided to downsize. Before we embark on our new build, we’ll probably rent for a couple of years to save money. However, I want a stunning home in the interim. I never knew about DIY mirror frame kits. I plan on going all out in my new space. Making a mirror into a beautiful piece of furniture is such an imaginative idea.
Looking At The Decorator In The Mirror
Think about all the time you spend looking in the mirror. Yes, you’re focused on yourself, however, why not make this every day, functional piece of your life attractive? When you think about it, do-it-yourself mirror frames are an extraordinary idea. You can make them as personal as your mind can fathom.
If I am fortunate enough to get my own bathroom after 25 years of sharing with my children and spouse, I will make it my own. My mirror and mirror frame will have hearts somewhere on them. In this way, I will be surrounding my face with love!
DIY mirror framing has been around for quite some time; however, the genre is experiencing a surge with more companies on the scene that are devoted to DIY mirror frame kits. Once you measure the dimensions of your mirror, you can order exactly what you need.
What Makes A House A Home?
Why, a framed mirror, and love of course! A framed mirror is a detailed touch that turns your four walls into a place of beauty and creativity. Mirror frames can be matched to fit other decor in the space. Cabinetry and vanity furnishings can match the mirror frame exactly, if that is your preference.
Match It Up Or Pop It Up
Alternatively, your mirror frame can reflect a whole different style choice. It can be conservative if your room is eclectic. It can be the converse of whatever decor is present in that space. This makes the frame pop even more. This has become another keen styling option for decorators. For some reason, it is just a part of decorating that most people don’t think about.
DIY Mirror Frame Kits Are My New Best Friend
Like I said, I’ve owned my home for over 25 years, and I have a huge bathroom mirror that I never framed. Somehow getting caught up with taking care of children, school, and career just never afforded the opportunity to do a project. Now that I am working from home, I will take the time to pay attention to the details and frame the mirrors in my home with care and consideration.
